Work-life balance simply mean to distribute your time equally between your professional and personal life. It gives a stability to deal with everything that matters to you in your life.

Have you ever skipped your lunch because you where making a presentation? Have you ever kept on working for hours and hours or even days continously without bothering about anything else? 

Yes, definitely, everyone must have done that to complete their work on time, but have you ever thought that it might affect your mind and body?

You can't just keep on working throughout the day, without bothering about your own personal space and time. To relief your stress, maintaining an equal balance is very much important. 

I don't portray, that being a workaholic or dedicated to your career goals is bad, but anything in excess is dangerous to human life, be it your work or your personal time. So maintaining a balance is indeed important for us.

Today's generation is so much immersed in this competitive world, that we compete with each other in every single aspects. Most of us, are not able to maintain an equal balance between work life and personal life.We do neglect our personal life, for professional reasons.

It is your own personal choices that are the reason for your happiness, be it spending time to love your family, or doing your office work , going out with friends, or just to cherish your own company.

Now-a-days, even organization and different firms are starting with this concept of work life balance and are encouraging fun activities and outings to ensure a stress free and easy to go working environment. 

Here are few tips about how you can maintain a balance in your work and life. 
  1. Set your priorities and rank them as per your life. 
  2. Make sure you divide your time equally between your work and family.
  3. Don't let your dedicated time entangle with each other. 
  4. Give yourself a good time so that you can rejuvenate your body and mind. Do meditation and exercises. 
  5. Take vacations. 
It is, need of the hour to understand that if your life is full of stress and pressure due to your work, it will not only affect your personal life but also your physical and mental health. 

If you are relaxed and full of energy, it will help you to explore, contribute and work more better in your workplace. So stay relaxed, maintain a balance.
